1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sonic Healer ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- One account supports up to 3 devices.
- Maximum 3 accounts per device are allowed (enforced via browser fingerprinting).
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Minutes & Purchases
- New accounts receive 10 free bonus minutes upon registration.
- Additional minutes may be purchased through supported payment methods.
- All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for unused minutes.
- Bonus minutes are deducted first during playback (they are free), followed by purchased minutes.
4. Referral Program
- Tier 1 (direct referral): 20% bonus of the referred user's purchase.
- Tier 2 (second-level referral): 10% bonus of the referred user's purchase.
- Bonus minutes are credited automatically upon the referred user's purchase.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls
- Share account credentials with others
- Import or record content that violates third-party rights
- Use automated tools to access or interact with the App
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All healing music compositions, frequencies, and App design are the intellectual property of Sonic Healer. User-imported audio files remain the property of the user and are stored locally in the browser.
7. Privacy
We collect browser fingerprints solely for anti-abuse purposes (limiting accounts per device). We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Listening data is stored securely and is not shared.
8. Wellness Disclaimer
Important:
Sonic Healer is designed for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sonic Healer is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
